Place ADX Cryptocurrency Indicator

This Tutorial will explain how to place the ADX indicator on Bitcoin charts on the MT4 Platform. For Technical analysis: ADX Analysis.

How to Place Bitcoin Trading Indicators in MetaTrader 4 Cryptocurrency Charts

Step 1: Open The Software Navigator Window

Open Navigator window as illustrated and shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) & then choose 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'

On the Navigator window, select 'Technical Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Technical Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the indicator menu by clicking the expand button mark (+) or double-click the 'indicators' menu, after that, this button will then now appear as (-) & will now show as a list as shown below.

From Above window you can then place any technical indicator that you want on the bitcoin chart.

Placing Average Directional Movement on a Bitcoin Chart

Step 1: Select the ADX button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Doubleclick the ADX Button, & click ok to place the technical indicator in the chart as shown below:

Edit ADX BTCUSD Indicator Settings

To Adjust the Settings, right click on ADX, choose property settings and then edit the properties of the technical indicator using the popup menu that appears and then click ok button key once you change the settings.

The following window pop up pops up and ADX settings can be edited from this window popup.
