To add a Bitcoin Trendline on the MT4 platform use the MT4 bitcoin trend lines drawing tool.

Choose the MT4 bitcoin trend line tool as shown on the MT4 example illustrated below - then select chart point 1 where you want to start drawing the bitcoin trend line then select chart point 2 where you want to connect the bitcoin trend line and then extend the bitcoin trend line into the future bitcoin prices.
