Place On Balance Volume Indicator on Chart on MetaTrader 4

The OBV bitcoin volume technical indicator can be used as a bitcoin reversal indicator, bitcoin exit indicator or crypto entry indicator. This OBV indicator guide will explain how to place the OBV indicator on a Bitcoin Chart on the MT4 Bitcoin Platform - MT4 platform.

How to Place OBV Indicator on MT4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as illustrated & shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) and then select 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'

On the Navigator window, select 'Indicators', (Double-Click)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking expand button mark (+) or doubleclick the 'indicators' menu, after this the button key will then now appear as (-) and will now be shown as a list as shown below.

From Above panel you then can place any technical indicator that you want on the chart. The OBV bitcoin volume technical indicator can be used as a bitcoin reversal indicator, bitcoin exit indicator or crypto entry indicator.

Placing On Balance Volume BTCUSD Trading Indicator on Bitcoin Chart

Step 1: Select the On Balance Volume button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as depicted below:

Step 2: Double click the On Balance Volume Button Key, & click okay to place the OBV Indicator on btcusd chart as illustrated and shown below:

To Alter the Settings, right click on On Balance Volume Technical Indicator, select property setting and then edit the properties of technical indicator using popup menu that appears and click ok button key once you change the settings.

The following window pop up pops up and On Balance Volume Indicator settings can be edited from this window popup.
