The SubMenu, within MetaTrader 4 Indicators Insert Menu can be used to place these MT4 Indicators on a chart by selecting & then clicking on the MT4 Cryptocurrency Chart Indicator to place it on the bitcoin chart.

Once you click on an MT4 bitcoin technical indicator the following pop up will then pop-up:

You can just click 'OK' button to place MetaTrader 4 Indicator on the bitcoin chart.

You can also change a few MetaTrader 4 Indicators setting, for example in the above MT4 Indicator you can set the color style to blue, change the line width and change the period used to calculate the MT4 Indicator parameters.

A level can also be added by selecting 'Levels' button key as illustrated and shown below:

To add a level on a MT4 cryptocurrency indicator, just click the add button & choose the level where you want to add this levels, normally this is set as a digit. Color of the level can also be changed on the style button key marked silver along with format of the line & the width of the line.

The next button key pictured below, visualization button is used to figure out which crypto chart timeframe the MT4 technical indicator should pop up on:
