Standard Toolbar Menu and Customizing it on MT4
Standard Tool-Bar on the MT4 is illustrated below:
Before explaining how to use each tool listed on this standard tool-bar, let us make sure that all the available buttons are added to it by customizing it:
- Right Click the toolbar customize button key to the left as shown below

Explanation of Each Bitcoin Tool on the Standard Tool bar
1: Opens a cryptocurrency chart on MT4 and a btc usd trader can specify which type of chart to open by pressing drop-down arrow just next to its icon.
2: Profile - can be used to load a saved profile or to save a new profile: these options are provided as a sub-menu from dropdown arrow.
3: Opening & closing market watch window: market watch displays the bitcoin trading quote bitcoin prices for chosen crypto instruments.
4: Data window panel opens and closes and it displays bitcoin price information as well as other information like indicator's information.
5: Navigator Short Cut, navigator displays Trading Account data, trading indicators, scripts & Expert Advisors data.
6: Terminal panel short-cut, displays the trade positions opened by a bitcoin trader - shows open trade transactions, balance, trading equity, transaction history, news, Expert Advisors tab, signals tab and trade alerts tab.
7: Strategy tester opens the Bitcoin Strategy Tester and traders can test their EAs on this Bitcoin Simulator Strategy Tester environment.
8: Places a new order by opening a popup panel where as a trader you can specify the crypto instrument to buy, the amount to trade, and if the order will be a market order or set as a pending bitcoin order.
9: Meta Editor opens the MetaEditor environment where a trader can add or program an Expert Advisor or a new indicator on this MetaEditor Environment.
10: Help, if you do not know something in the MetaTrader 4 click this and point on any MT4 object & get an explanation.
11: Options settings for editing the MT4 options that are used by your platform, these settings are the server settings and EAs settings found under main navigation menu on tools menu, options sub-menu.
12: Full screen option for setting chart to full screen option, Short Cut is Key-board Key "F11"

14: Print Preview
15: Expert Advisors - activates and deactivating Expert Advisors on a chart, clicking on this button changes colour from green to red, green color means Expert Advisor is allowed, red means EA execution not allowed.
Remove Buttons
As a trader you'll not require all these button keys and you can hide some of them by pressing customize (shown above), then select some of the items on the right side window & then select hide.
Remove the above tools by clicking on them & then pressing remove button.
